On February 17-18,2026 Dr. Jovan Bazić, professor of the University of Pristina in Kosovska Mitrovica made a presentation of the first Russian edition of the monograph "The Serbian Question: Political Concepts for Resolving the Serbian National Issue" Professor Jovan Bazić from the University of Pristina, temporarily located in Kosovska Mitrovica, and Dr. Daliborka Popović from the State University of Novi Pazar (Serbia) signed memoranda of cooperation with BSTU named after V.G.Shukhov. These documents lay the foundation for a long-term partnership in education and research.

On the 18^th and the 19^th of May 2026 the delegation from the Republic of Mali came to visit BSTU named after v.G.Shukhov. The delegation included representatives from higher education institutions and industrial enterprises: Dakite Daouda, President of Techno LAB-ISTA University (Bamako); Adivako Hamane, Secretary General of Techno LAB-ISTA University; Diwara Moussa, President of SOMAB LLC; and Dramé Salimata, Commercial Director of SOMAB LLC. The parties discussed prospects for cooperation, including the implementation of joint educational programs in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Geodesy, and other fields, as well as the organization of internships and academic exchanges for students, graduate students, and faculty staff. The meeting resulted in signing a cooperation agreement.

On May 22, 2026  "My Belgorod" event marathon was opened at Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov. It was organized by the World Peoples Assembly, Association of Foreign Alumni and Students of Universities of Belgorod Oblast, and Belgorod State Technological University named after V.G. Shukhov. Among the distinguished guests of the marathon were Walid Hamed Shiltagh, Ambassador of the League of Arab States to the Russian Federation; Ali Goutali, former Ambassador of Tunisia to the Russian Federation; Khoury Mudalal Mtanyus, Director of the RUSSAR Charitable Foundation.
